The ceremony took place on 27 October 2025 in Warsaw with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
The agreement aims to develop cooperation in the field of modern defence technologies, in particular in the areas of data processing, integration of analytical systems and the use of artificial intelligence in operational planning. Cooperation with Poland – digital reinforcement of the army
The Ministry of National Defence emphasizes that the partnership with Palantir is aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of the Polish Armed Forces. The cooperation will include the implementation of modern IT solutions and the development of technological competences among soldiers and departmental specialists. During the press conference, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz stated that "databases are the greatest treasure today", and the signed letter is a "milestone". He also said that dozens of trainings and tests of military IT systems have recently taken place with the participation of the American company's tools.
While the letter of intent does not yet specify detailed projects or a timeline, it does set the strategic direction for cooperation in the areas of information security, data analytics and artificial intelligence.
The agreement with Palantir is part of a broader strategy to modernize the Polish Armed Forces, the priorities of which are, among m.in, digitization, process automation and cybersecurity. In the context of growing threats in the information sphere, cooperation with a company with global experience is aimed at strengthening the country's defense capabilities and increasing the resilience of military systems.
