The report provides a detailed assessment of the structural challenges facing the Polish Air Force and identifies a set of pivotal decisions that will shape the future of the domestic aerospace sector. The authors argue that without the establishment of local manufacturing and sustainment capacities, Poland risks long-term technological dependency and escalating operational costs. Conversely, well-structured procurement programs can serve as a powerful driver for industrial revitalization and technological sovereignty.

Active Protection Systems in Modern Combat VehiclesThis report explores the current knowledge of Active Protection Systems (APS) and their relevance in modern battlefield scenarios. While Poland invests in armored platforms, their combat value depends heavily on survivability — significantly enhanced by APS. Both soft-kill (missile guidance disruption) and hard-kill (projectile destruction) systems are essential responses to growing threats from anti-tank weapons, drones, and guided munitions.
